There are two large feather sofas and two comfy chairs in front of the open fire. In the dining area there is an extending dining table with eight chairs and a serving hatch through to the kitchen.
The fully fitted kitchen over looks the rear garden. This has lots of cupboard space and integrated electric oven, hob and grill. There is a large fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave oven, toaster and kettle.
First floor:
Landing with storage and airing cupboard
Master Bedroom with en-suite: 4ft 6” double bed, bedside table and lamps, chest of drawers, desk and chair. The window over-looks the rear garden and you have a view of the sea and salt marsh in the distance, en suite bathroom with shower over the bath.
Double bedroom two: 4ft 6” double bed with chest of drawers, a chair, bedside tables and lamps. The two windows face the front of the house. This bedroom can also accommodate the single fold up bed, to turn it into a twin bedroom.
Bedroom three: Single bed with additional fold up single bed, chair, blanket box and bedside lamp, window to the front.
The family bathroom has a bath with a hand held shower, W.C. and washbasin.
The garden is about 22ft x 50ft, totally enclosed and private and is mainly laid to lawn with side border planting. The shed provides storage for barbecue, garden chairs, tables and wind breaker. Well behaved pets welcome, no pets upstairs please.
